A little about me:

I LOVE this job!  I opened the company in 2001. I was previously employed with a finance company and then by other brokers. Lender representatives and appraisers would come into the office and always as me “Why are you working for someone else”? “Why don’t you open your own company”? I always thought that self-employed people were just that because they couldn’t get along with others!” I really like people” was my response. Then finally an appraiser took the time to explain to me that since I had the “drive and compassion” for helping people it was ok to go out on my own. Well, I had a couple of sleepless nights of tossing and turning before I made that decision. I’m so glad that I did. I really find it difficult to tell you what a wonderful feeling I get when I know I’m the one that helped a person get into their home. It’s not always their initial dream home, maybe it’s their first home. Maybe it’s their first investment home purchase? Maybe it’s how to get cash out on their personal residence or an investment property that they’ve just remodeled. I really like helping with all of them. I’ve been doing this since 1977 so I’ve been through some real changes in the industry. Don’t worry that the rates change constantly. The industry will always have loan products for everyone.
